Why can't I log in using multiple web browsers?
The number of active sessions per user account is limited to one web browser in order to comply with a Department of Defense (DoD) concurrent session limitation requirement, which aims to limit risks related to Denial of Service attacks. This restriction will not affect a user from being able to open multiple tabs or windows using a single web browser.
