Why is my GoArmyEd homepage displaying distorted images and colors?
There is a known issue related to the 25 February 2017 release that may cause some users to see distorted images/colors on the GoArmyEd homepage. To restore the proper appearance of the homepage, you must clear your browser cache. For instructions on how to clear your cache, follow the steps below:
STEP 1: Select the "Technology Support" link from the GoArmyEd footer.
STEP 2: The General Technology Support page appears. Select the "Recommended Browser Settings" link.
STEP 3: Select one of the links below (depending on what browser you are using) to display step-by-step instructions for how to clear your cache/browsing history.
