Cadet Student - How do I use Scholarship funding?
NOTE: You must do the following processes in GoArmyEd to use scholarship funds to pay for tuition and fees OR room and board:
STEP 1: First, complete the U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC) Course Planner by completing the steps noted in Assistance Center topic 75565 – How do I complete the USACC Course Planner?
STEP 2: The next step is to enroll in classes for the term at your school (this process will NOT take place in the GoArmyEd System).
STEP 3: You will then need to complete a Cadet Payment Request (CPR) Form each term by completing the steps noted in Assistance Center topic 75513 – How do I create a Cadet Payment Request (CPR)?
NOTE: If your school utilizes Flat Rate billing, select the “Flat Rate” check box. If you select the “Flat Rate” check box, the costs entered will be equally distributed to all courses added to your CPR.
ATTENTION: If you select “Room and Board” payment type, you WILL NOT be able to submit a CPR for “Tuition and Fees” for the same term.
NOTE: If you have selected “Tuition and Fees”, you must select the “Upload School Bill” and upload your valid School Bill.
If you have any questions about your scholarship benefits, please contact your Program Cadre.
