Why can’t I upload a document in GoArmyEd?
GoArmyEd only accepts the following file types:
- Word Document (.doc, .docx),
- Excel Document (.xls, .xlsx, .csv)
- PDF (.pdf),
- Image (.gif, .jpg, .png, .bmp)
- Text (.txt)
Other types of documents are not permitted in the system. If you are trying to upload a file that is not one of the types listed above, please try to convert your document to a supported file type.
The file size for a document being uploaded in GoArmyEd is limited to 4096KB. Please create a zip file if the content exceeds 4096KB.
