Why is my Common Access Card (CAC) not letting me log into GoArmyEd?
Please ensure you have complied with the following to use your CAC to access GoArmyEd:
- Make sure you have selected a Department of Defense (DoD) Certificate
- Verify you are entering your Personal Identification Number (PIN) when prompted
- Make sure your CAC has valid certificates associated in order to complete the set up process
- Verify you are using Internet Explorer (Version 11 or higher), which is the only supported browser for CAC usage
- Verify your CAC reader is able to read your card
