Soldier - Why am I on a Military Withdrawal (WM) Request hold and how can I resolve it?
A hold has been placed on your account because you requested a withdrawal for military reasons (WM) with associated Army costs. Please ensure that you have uploaded the signed Request for TA Recoupment Waiver - Withdrawal for (WM) Military Reasons form to your eFile within 60 days from the class withdrawal date. In eFile, select the transaction type “Request for TA Recoupment Waiver – Withdrawal for (WM) Military Reasons.”
This hold will be removed if your WM is approved.
