Soldier - Why am I on an Undergraduate Army Tuition Assistance (TA) Grade Point Average (GPA) <2.0 hold and how can I remove it?
You are on hold because your Army Tuition Assistance (TA) cumulative undergraduate Grade Point Average (GPA) is less than 2.0. You can still enroll in classes through GoArmyEd, but will be required to pay for undergraduate classes out of pocket until your Army TA GPA is greater or equal to 2.0. The hold will be removed within 24 hours when your GPA is greater or equal to 2.0.
You can view courses included in your undergraduate GPA calculation by selecting the "My Education Record" Smart Link on your GoArmyEd homepage. Select the "Army TA GPA Info" link in the Related Links menu.
Detailed information was emailed to you about this hold. If you did not receive this email or no longer have it, select the CTS Notes tab in your student record to view the email.
