Question
Cadet Student - How do I add Duplicate Courses to my Cadet Payment Request (CPR)?

Answer

If you are taking a course for the second time, the GoArmyEd Cadet Payment Request (CPR) will recognize this as a duplicate course. The course will automatically be flagged as “Student Funded” instead of “Cadet Scholarship Funded” because duplicate courses cannot be funded through GoArmyEd.

If you are required to take courses each semester that are listed under the same name, such as a mandatory military science requirement called “MILSCI”, differentiate these courses manually to avoid being charged a course fee.

Enter the course into your Course Planner and CPR, and label each course subject as “MILSCI.” Then you are able to differentiate each course with a Catalog Number by entering “001,” “002,” “003,” etc.
