Answer: When a case is closed, you can rate the way your case was handled. Complete the following steps to rate your Helpdesk case.
STEP 1: From your GoArmyEd homepage, scroll down to the Pending CRM Surveys section.
STEP 2: Select the “Survey” icon beside any of your Pending CRM Survey cases.
STEP 3: The survey will appear in a separate pop-up window.
Based on your answer to “Has this question been answered?” you will be provided a space to enter feedback.
STEP 4: Select the “Submit” button to submit your feedback for the Helpdesk case.
