Soldier - Who is eligible to take host country, foreign language, or history and culture courses using Tuition Assistance (TA) Benefits?

Answer

Soldiers assigned overseas are authorized to take up to 15 semester hours of classroom-based host-nation language courses even if these courses are not part of a college degree program.
