To create a CPR for Tuition and Fees, complete the steps noted in Assistance Center topic 75513 – How do I create a Cadet Payment Request (CPR)?
NOTE: While completing these steps, pay close attention to these payment type areas concerning tuition and fees.
Payment Type Area 1:
ATTENTION: If you select “Room and Board” payment type, you WILL NOT be able to submit a CPR “Tuition and Fees” for the same term.
NOTE: If your school utilizes Flat Rate billing, select the “Flat Rate” check box. If you select the “Flat Rate” check box, the costs entered will be equally distributed to all courses added to your CPR.
Payment Type Area 2: After adding the courses to your CPR from your Course Planner, input data for the required fields: Instruction Mode, Fund Type, and Tuition and Fees.
NOTE: The “Enter Costs” link is only available if the “Flat Rate” check box is not checked.
