Cadet Student - How do I update my security questions?

Answer

Selecting questions and answers to your security questions will enable you to reset your password in the event that you forget your password. To update your security questions in GoArmyEd, complete the following steps:

STEP 1: Select “Account Information” link (or the Gear icon)from the menu on the left side of your GoArmyEd homepage, to access your Account Information.

STEP 2: When your Account Information displays. Select the Change Password tab.

The Change Password page displays.

STEP 3: Select the “Change Password and Security Questions” link.

A new page appears.

STEP 4: Select the question from the drop-down and enter the corresponding answer. You must select and answer all three questions. Questions/answers are not case sensitive and you are encouraged to keep these as secure as your password.

Note: If you currently have lost password answers, the chosen questions will display by default. The answers will appear hidden. To reveal the answer, select the “Show Answers” button.

STEP 5: Select the “Submit” button to have your answers saved and submitted.

Selecting questions and answers to your security questions will enable you to reset your password in the event that you forget your password.
