Question
Cadet Student - Why is Study Abroad defaulted to self-funded and what are the steps to being reimbursed?

Answer

By selecting Study Abroad as your Instruction Type, your courses are automatically set to self-funded and not directly invoiced to U.S. Army Cadet Command (USACC). You must submit your Cadet Payment Request (CPR) through GoArmyEd as self-funded. In order for you to receive funds from USACC for these courses you must submit an invoice and receipt to your Program Cadre so that USACC can reimburse you for this expense.

Please contact your Program Cadre for more information regarding Study Abroad reimbursement.
