To create a CPR for Room and Board, complete the steps noted in Assistance Center topic 75513 – How do I create a Cadet Payment Request (CPR)?
NOTE: While completing these steps, pay close attention to these payment type areas concerning room and board.
Payment Type Area 1:
NOTE: A message will appear asking you to confirm your selection of “Room and Board.”
ATTENTION: If you select “Room and Board” as a payment type, you WILL NOT be able to submit a CPR for “Tuition and Fees” for the same term.
NOTE: You will not be able to select “Room and Board” for a Summer Term.
NOTE: The “Room and Board” radio button cannot be selected if a Flat Rate exists. Please remove the Flat Rate Amount and then remove the “Flat Rate” checkbox before selecting the “Room and Board” radio button.
NOTE: The “Flat Rate” checkbox or “Room and Board” radio button cannot be selected while costs are still associated with the class(s). Please remove the individual class costs before selecting the “Flat Rate” checkbox or the “Room and Board” radio button.
Payment Type Area 2: After adding the courses to your CPR from your Course Planner, input data for the required fields: Instruction Mode and Upload School Bill.
