You must have an Approved Training Application for the class/training event you wish to attend BEFORE you are able to request an SF 182.
From your GoArmyEd homepage, scroll to the Army Civilian Training Application dashboard. Under the SF 182 column, select the “Create SF 182” for your class/training event you would like to request.
NOTE: Policy states that SF 182s must be submitted and approved 30 days prior to the start date of the course. If an SF 182 is not submitted before the start date of the course, the SF 182 will be automatically disapproved by the system. When this happens, you must create a new training application and SF 182 with a start date in the future. Once the SF 182 is created and approved, please create a helpdesk case including the SF 182 TNG number and the course dates so that the technical team can make the back-end adjustment.
