Question
Army Civilian/DA Intern - Why am I on an Operational or Cancellation Withdrawal Requested hold and how do I remove it?

Answer

You have been placed on hold because you requested an Operational or Cancellation Withdrawal for an approved Standard Form (SF) 182 after the start date of the course has passed. Your hold will remain in place until your Operational or Cancellation Withdrawal request has been reviewed and approved by a Training Manager or Career Program Manager.

Please ensure that you have uploaded the signed Justification Memorandum to your eFile within 60 days from the class withdrawal date. This hold will be removed if your Operational Withdrawal is approved.

If the Operational or Cancellation Withdrawal request is not approved, you will receive an email with additional instruction on how to resolve the hold.
