You have been placed on hold because you recently received an Incomplete (I) grade in a course. You are subject to recoupment. You will be offered the opportunity to select a payment plan for recoupment when you select the “Recoupment-Information” link located in your Smart Link section. The hold will be removed within 24 hours after you have selected a payment plan.
If you believe recoupments actions have been taken in error contact your Training or Career Program Manager to review your record with you.
