Question
Army Civilian/DA Intern - Why am I on a Failing Grade hold and how do I remove it?

Answer

You have been placed on hold because you recently received a Failing grade in a course. You are subject to recoupment. You will be offered the opportunity to select a payment plan for recoupment when you select the “Recoupment-Information” link located in your Smart Link section. The hold will removed within 24 hours after you have selected a payment plan.

Detailed information was emailed to you about this hold and resulting recoupment actions. If you did not receive this email or no longer have it, select "My Education Record" in the Smart Link section on your homepage and select the CTS Notes tab to view the email.
