GoArmyEd enforces minimum Army Civilian GPA restrictions–both undergraduate and graduate–as a condition of using Army funds for training and education.
The undergraduate Army Civilian GPA is based on Army Civilian Training, Education, and Development System (ACTEDS) or Command-funded undergraduate-level courses you have taken through GoArmyEd.
If after you have taken more than 15 semester hours of Army-funded, undergraduate-level courses through GoArmyEd, your GPA falls below 2.0, your GoArmyEd account will be placed on hold until you raise your GPA above this threshold.
Likewise, if after you have taken more than nine (9) semester hours of Army-funded, graduate-level courses through GoArmyEd, your GPA falls below 3.0, your GoArmyEd account will be placed on hold until you raise your GPA above this threshold.
Courses that are not for college credit toward a degree are excluded from the Army Civilian GPA calculation.
