When a case is closed, you can rate the way your case was handled. Complete the following steps to rate your Helpdesk case.
STEP 1: From your GoArmyEd navigate to the Helpdesk Case section, you can view your Pending CRM Surveys listed, if you have surveys that need to be completed.
STEP 2: Select the “Case Survey” icon beside any of your Pending CRM Survey cases.
STEP 3: A pop-up window will display. Here you can complete your answers.
Based on your answer of “Has this question been answered?” you will be provided a space to enter feedback.
STEP 4: Select the “Submit” button to rate the case.
