Question
Soldier - Why am I on a Course Grade-Incomplete (INC) hold and how do I remove it?

Answer

You have been placed on hold because you recently received an Incomplete (I) grade in a course. You will be subject to recoupment if the grade is not resolved within 120 days of the class end date.

Please work with your instructor to ensure that your class assignments are completed and your final grade is posted to GoArmyEd prior to the deadline. If you need additional time contact the Education Center for assistance.

The hold will be removed within 24 hours after a grade has been posted in GoArmyEd.
