You have been placed on hold because you recently received a non-successful grade in a course and are subject to recoupment. You will be offered the opportunity to select a payment plan for recoupment subject to the automated process when you select the “Recoupment-Information” Smart Link on your GoArmyEd homepage. If you cannot select a payment plan at this time, your school may not have invoiced the class. The hold will removed within 24 hours after you have selected a payment plan.
Detailed information was emailed to you about this hold and resulting recoupment actions. If you did not receive this email or no longer have it, select the "My Education Record" Smart Link on your GoArmyEd homepage, then select the CTS Notes tab to view the email.
If you believe recoupments actions have been taken in error contact your Army Education Counselor.
